Ron and Kayloni ♥ {Beaver Falls, PA~Center Township, PA Wedding Photographer}

I was so excited to be a part of Ron and Kayloni's wedding day on October 12, 2013! I have had the pleasure of watching Ronny (sorry Ron....you will always be Ronny to me!) grow up from a little boy to a fine young man! He married a wonderful girl with a heart of gold! Their wedding ceremony was full with family and friends. We shot their formal photos at the Penn State Beaver campus. We did a lot of footbal shots, as Ron and his brothers all play(ed) football! The reception was a lot of fun, with a LOT of dancing! Ron and Kayloni I love you both and I am so happy for you! Thank you for letting us be such a special part of your wedding day!

Stacy and James ♥ {Washington, PA Wedding Photographer}

On October 5, 2013, we had the privilege of photographing James and Stacy's wedding. It was a small intimate wedding and love filled the air! The ceremony was beautiful! Washington PA is a really neat place for photographs. It was very historic and I loved shooting their photos there! We had to get ahead of the rain, be we got everything in before it hit! They had a lot of great ideas and were up for anything, which made it a lot of fun! I really enjoyed their reception as all ages were dancing! Gilkey/Folino Family {Ellwood City, PA Family Photographer}

We got together to remake a photo from their youth for their mother! So we decided that while they were all together, we would do some family photos too! They were such a great family to work with. I had a wonderful time! I hope they enjoy these portraits for years to come!

Cory and Tanya ♥ {Pittsburgh, PA Wedding Photographer}

On September 28, 2013, we had the privilege of photographing Tanya and Cory's wedding. We were very happy to have another beautiful day! I met Tanya and the girls at their hotel, while Ed met Cory and the guys at his parent's home. We met up at the beautiful St. Albert The Great Church for their wedding ceremony. We then continued on to Grandview Park in the trolley to take advantage of some spectacular overlook views of the city! We had a lot of fun with Tanya and Cory and their wedding party there! Then it was on to the Wendel Inn for their reception. It was very beautiful and we loved their ice sculpture!  Cory and Tanya, we wish you the best in your lives together and many, many years of love! Thank you for letting us be such a big part of your day!

LHS Marching Blue Band Alumni Night 2013 {Ellwood City, PA Sports Photographer}

On September 27, 2013, the Lincoln High School Marching Blue Band hosted an Alumni night. It was a night filled with laughter and, yes, a few tears. It was wonderful getting together with old friends and new. We honored those who are no longer with us and we spent the evening playing with the band and reminiscing with each other. It was a night enjoyed by all! A great big thanks to my second shooter Ed Brown for capturing this photo!

Cassidy~Lincoln High School Class of 2014 {Ellwood City, PA Senior Portrait Photographer}

Meet Cassidy! I was thrilled when her mom called me to shoot her Senior Portraits! I had the privilege of shooting her sister's a few years ago. We were really glad the weather held up, as it had looked like rain. Cassidy is very artistic and I think it shows in her portraits! She will be graduating in 10 days and I want to wish her the best of luck in her future pursuits!!!

 

Courtney and Sam ♥ {New Castle, PA Wedding Photographer}

On September 7, 2013, we had the privilege of photographing Courtney and Sam's wedding. It was a picture perfect day! It was a beautiful ceremony and the church was filled with their family and friends. We took their formal portraits at McConnell's Mill State Park and we got some really beautiful shots there. The wedding party was a blast and we had so much fun with them there! We had to get a park ranger to help them out of the park due to the party bus being too tall! Thankfully he was very nice about it, and got them out safe and sound:)  The most memorable moment of their wedding day, for me, was when Sam and Courtney cut their cake. They had their Best Man and Maid Of Honor stand with them. When it was time for them to feed each other the cake (and let's face it.....most couples choose to smash the cake in each others faces!) they started towards each other, then ended up smashing the cake in their Best Man's and Maid Of Honor's faces! They were surprised to say the least, but it was a lot of fun! Sam and Courtney, we wish you the best in your lives together and many, many years of love! Thank you for letting us be such a big part of your day!

Today is the day that I will get caught up on this blog! I had my first session of this year on Sunday (due to the terrible winter we had this year) and that has jump started me to work on my blog! So grab a drink, sit back, and enjoy reminiscing with me and share in my excitement in my recent session! I am so looking forward to sharing it all with you!

2013 ECXC {Ellwood City, PA Sports Photographer}

This is the 2013 ECXC team! They had a great season, although it was a dreary, wet, muddy one! I am so proud of what this team accomplished this year! A lot of heart and soul went into their season. All of the kids had personal best times this season! I look forward to seeing what they will accomplish next season! Below is their team photo and, my favorite, their silly photo!

Derrik ~ Lincoln High School Class of 2013 {Ellwood City, PA Senior Portrait Photographer}

Meet Derrik! We got together to do his Senior Portraits right before he left for basic training. I am so happy that him and his mom and dad could fit this session in, as it gave them some great memories! Derrik has since graduated basic training and is now a Marine! We are so proud of him and all of his accomplishments. We wish him the best of luck in his military career:) Here is my favorite from his session!

This is the 2013-2014 Lincoln High School Marching Blue Band! I am again honored to be their photographer! They had a wonderful marching season this year with a great halftime show! Again and again, the opposing crowd would clap, cheer and, on occasion, give them a standing ovation! Their next performance will be next month in Disney World! Good luck Blue Band!

Caleb ~Patrick County High School Class of 2014 {Cades Cove, TN Senior Portrait Photographer}

Meet Caleb! I had to opportunity to photograph Caleb for his Senior Portraits in my favorite place to be....Cades Cove, TN! I met Caleb's Uncle in Cades Cove a few years back and we quickly became friends! Last year, I was honored to photograph Caleb's sister, Hannah, in the cove and I was thrilled when they asked me to do Caleb's as well! We had a great time, and even saw a few bears along the way!
